Lama Exchange & Return Policy:

• Inspection on Delivery: We kindly ask you to inspect and try on your pieces carefully while the courier is present.
• Immediate Returns: If you are not satisfied with the design or fit, you can return the order with the courier immediately. In this case, only the shipping fees are to be paid.
• After Courier Departs: To ensure the quality and hygiene of our pieces, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept any exchange or return requests once the courier has left (except in cases of clear manufacturing defects).
• Manufacturing Defects: In the rare event of discovering a manufacturing defect after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution at no additional cost.

• المعاينة وقت الاستلام: نرجو منكِ فحص القطعة وقياسها بعناية أثناء وجود المندوب.
• الاسترجاع الفوري: في حالة عدم الرضا عن الموديل أو المقاس، يمكنكِ إعادة الأوردر مع المندوب فوراً، وفي هذه الحالة يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن فقط.
• بعد مغادرة المندوب: نعتذر عن قبول أي طلبات استبدال أو استرجاع، وذلك حرصاً على سلامة القطع وجودتها (إلا في حالة وجود عيب صناعة واضح).
• عيوب الصناعة: في حالة اكتشاف عيب صناعة بعد الاستلام، يتم التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة لعمل اللازم دون أي تكاليف إضافية.
